Email is a mission-critical business communications tool for most organizations. Congruity Inspector provides clear, comprehensive and device-independent reports on the status of all on-line communications activity. The device-independent view means that Congruity Inspector is not collecting system logs from the email server, Exchange or Notes server. It collects data directly from the network offering objective metrics and verification that systems are performing properly and usage is within policy requirements. Reports highlight overall system utilization statistics along with individual email account details listed by user name so you can quickly identify the most active users both by emails sent and received. Each account offers drill-down detail and provides specific information about each email including To:, From:, CC:, BCC:, Subject line, attachments, size and content analysis highlighting the words contained in the communication.

Below is a report example of Congruity inspector's Email User detail. Users can view emails by category: sender, receiver (both SMTP) and POP3. Web-based email is highlighted in a separate report.
