In 2002, we identified a need for an affordable solution to help small to medium businesses get the most out of their IT resources. Most technology solutions only focused on addressing specific issues: faster firewalls, faster routers, better filters and so on. They did nothing to necessarily help organizations better manage the technologies or enable a better process. The best quality technology is rendered worthless if quality processes aren't followed, so we decided to create a better process. Large companies had the money and personnel to take a proactive approach to managing IT resources and leveraging them to achieve their business goals. We designed our solution from the ground up to be affordable and feature-packed, using International standards and IT best practices as guidelines. What we developed was easy-to-use and delivered the best reporting features available on the market. Today, Network Quality Assurance Software enables small to medium sized companies to compete "technology-wise" with fewer resources and at a much lower cost than their much larger competitors.

Over the last 5 years our software has been employed at financial institutions, manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, school districts, technology firms, law offices, medical facilities and government agencies to consistently and efficiently manage their IT and business operations through an improved quality assurance process.

Congruity Technologies is not your typical software company. We don't sell multiple high-priced software tools. We offer a single, affordable software solution that helps organizations large and small significantly improve their management process while reducing the effort and costs involved.
