One tool = many solutions.

Congruity Inspector monitors all Web access presenting a detailed URL transcript showing what was accessed and when. It also tracks the total amount of time a user spends surfing referred to as "SurfTime." SurfTime is based on a user's continually clicking on hyperlinks within a 3 minute time window, the sum of which is added together. In other words, as long as the user clicks from site to site or link to link within a 3 minute time frame their on-line time would increase. This is an important measurement of productivity.

The sample report below ranks users by the highest amount of on-line time. The report also highlights the nubmer of Web sites visited. Each Web site represents a certain amount of risk due to potential browser exploits or content, so a user who accessed 1,800 Web sites represents over 100 time greater risk than a user who only hit 10 Web sites.
