Network Quality Assurance: What is it and why you should care.
Management is a process. Security is a process. Compliance is a process. And quality assurance is a process and applies to management in general. All are based on feedback loops, gathering and reviewing status details and determining if process controls are achieving their desired result. Put another way, a properly configured control system with all the software patches in-place can still be rendered useless through misuse, abuse or errors.
